We build bicycles and make a child in need's "biggest dream" come true — a brilliant teamwork exercise and a genuine social responsibility project in one.
Split into teams and given quick, effective training, participants assemble and fine-tune disassembled bicycles. One fits the handlebar, another mounts the saddle, someone inflates the tires while a teammate sets up the gears. Each team builds a separate bike for a specific child, decorates it, and writes the child a gift letter.
And we have a surprise for the teams: the child whose dream is about to come true is waiting in the wings with friends — eager to receive the bike and thank the people who built it.
