Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Data Controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by M3 Works (Istanbul) as the data controller within the scope described below.
Data Processed and Purpose
The name, e-mail, phone, company, location, date and participant-count details you share via quote and contact forms are processed solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and plan your event. This data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Transfer
Our form infrastructure provider (Formspree Inc., USA) is used to deliver form submissions; the data is not used for any purpose other than conveying your request to us.
Retention
Your personal data is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your request is concluded, or for the duration of statutory retention obligations, and is then deleted.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing. You can send your requests to info@m3.com.tr.
