Erdem Genç is the founder and CEO — Chief Entertainment Officer — of M3 Works, the company that entertains Turkey's corporate world more than any other. An award-winning name in entrepreneurship and corporate event management, he has delivered "Entrepreneurship" and "Teamwork" seminars at over 500 companies, universities, high schools and NGOs, and staged countless events and organizations.
Beyond his memberships in business and civil-society organizations, Erdem also creates in literature, music and photography, with 4 published books and 1 album to his name. He is also a licensed race driver and an amateur photographer.
A graduate of YTU Mechanical Engineering, Özyeğin University MBA, Istanbul University Law and Anadolu University Public Relations, Erdem Genç is pursuing a doctorate at Aston University in Business Psychology on "The Effects of Teamwork and Motivation Workshops on Working Life."
