What group sizes do you work with?

We work at every scale, from three-person executive teams to companies of 5,000. Our largest events to date were a 7,500-person team-building day at the Bosch Bursa plants and an 8,000-person event at the Türkiye Youth Summit.

Do you run events everywhere in Türkiye?

We operate in every province of Türkiye, in Cyprus and abroad. We have delivered events in Azerbaijan, Romania, Serbia, Germany, Mauritius and Australia. Our equipment travels — and so does our team.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

The earlier we start, the better the design lands; some formats need confirmation 5-10 working days ahead for sourcing. Even so, we always keep ready-to-run formats in our warehouses for last-minute requests — and we never leave a quote for the next day.

Do you find the venue?

We pick the right venue together, based on the type of event. For indoor activities we can use your meeting rooms, your canteen or hotel function rooms; for outdoor ones, company or hotel gardens, open grounds, beaches and picnic areas.

We're not a company — do you work with schools, malls, public institutions or associations?

Yes. Alongside private companies we have run many events with public institutions, universities, associations and NGOs; we have formats suited to every kind of organization.

Can it be customized with our own theme or concept?

Every activity is tailored to your brand and concept: colors, logo, story and reward structure are all yours.

Our meeting runs several days — can you fit activities in between?

We can slot our flexible workshops and sessions into your programme. For coffee breaks, our foyer activities are ideal: short, quick to set up, and they never disrupt the flow.

We have employees of different ages and with disabilities. Can everyone take part?

The more detail you share about the participant profile when you enquire, the better prepared we arrive. We have options for every situation and design the format so that everyone can take on a role.

Do participants need to be creative or have a particular talent?

Most of our formats suit participants of every level. Only some sporting formats demand real physical effort; if you request one, we tell you in advance what to prepare for.

What happens if it rains during an outdoor event?

Accepted Answer

We track the forecast for the day and prepare the format accordingly; every outdoor event has an indoor plan B.

Do you have activities with a social responsibility benefit?

Accepted Answer

We partner with many NGOs. In formats such as the bicycle factory or the toy factory, everything built is donated to those in need; you can find them all under the Social Responsibility category in our catalogue. We report the outcomes of these events to you in detail afterwards.

Do you capture the event on photo and video?

Accepted Answer

We can shoot photo and video at every event, including advanced techniques such as drone, 360°, GoPro and 3D. We also support you with trophies, plaques and award ceremonies.
