Simple Machines and Rhythm Workshop: Small Parts, Big Impact
On Tuesday 21 July 2026 we ran a two-part workshop: first the teams designed simple machines and set the chain in motion, then the whole room came together in a single rhythm.

The idea behind the simple machines workshop is elegant: each team designs its own contraption — levers, pulleys, inclined planes — and the contraptions are linked into a single working chain. The slogan "small parts, big impact" says it all: if anyone's part fails, the chain stops.
At the workshop we ran on Tuesday 21 July 2026, teams first planned, then built and tested their contraptions. When all the parts came together in the finale, the room burst into applause.
In the second half of the day the tempo changed: the rhythm workshop. An instrument landed in everyone's hands, our facilitator led from the stage, and within minutes hundreds of people met in a single beat.
This two-part format fits both hands-on collaboration and collective energy into a single day. To design it for your team, get in touch.
