Company Rally: Cardboard Cars Hit the Track
At the sustainability-themed company rally on 29 June 2026, teams designed and built their own race cars from cardboard, then raced them on the garden track.
A good team building challenge combines making and competing. The company rally on 29 June 2026 struck exactly that balance: each team got cardboard, tape, wheels and limited time; the goal was to build a car that could race. True to the sustainability theme, every car body was made of recyclable material.
In the workshop phase the teams split roles on their own — designers, engineers, decorators. The result was a lineup of ambitious, colourful vehicles.
