Company Rally: Cardboard Cars Hit the Track
At the sustainability-themed company rally on 29 June 2026, teams designed and built their own race cars from cardboard, then raced them on the garden track.
A good team building challenge combines making and competing. The company rally on 29 June 2026 struck exactly that balance: each team got cardboard, tape, wheels and limited time; the goal was to build a car that could race. True to the sustainability theme, every car body was made of recyclable material.
In the workshop phase the teams split roles on their own, designers, engineers, decorators. The result was a lineup of ambitious, colourful vehicles.
