A Mosaic Lamp & T-Shirt Painting Workshop with the Halkbank Team
On the creative workshop day we designed for Halkbank employees, teams built their own mosaic lamps and hand-painted their t-shirts, a colorful, joyful and memorable day.
The best part of a corporate day is when people step away from work and actually "make" something together. For the Halkbank team we designed exactly that: a creative workshop day where everyone, at the same table and with the same materials, produced their own piece; a program built around sharing rather than competition.
The day featured two workshops: designing a mosaic lamp from colorful glass pieces, and painting a personalized t-shirt. Both are formats that even the "I can't do this" crowd gets hooked on within five minutes, walking away with a tangible keepsake.
Mosaic lamps: where patience meets color
Participants placed each glass mosaic piece one by one to build their own lamp designs. Some went geometric, some completely freeform, but they all shared one thing: once seated, phones went back into pockets and conversations deepened. Mosaic work asks for patience yet rewards instantly, exactly the rhythm team relaxation needs.
T-shirt painting: wearing the team's colors
In the second workshop everyone grabbed their white t-shirt and a brush. Some interpreted Halkbank's corporate colors, others went fully personal. What emerged once the paint dried wasn't just a t-shirt; it was the team turning the day into a wearable memory.
