Each team takes charge of its own canvas, brushes and paints. On the surface everyone is painting their own picture — but the secret is that no single canvas makes sense on its own.

Teams have to keep talking to each other to match colours, tones and composition. Collaboration beats competition, and participants experience that truth with paint on their hands.
