If you have your own campus, it's often the most economical option — we bring the equipment and setup, and your venue cost is zero.

Capacity planning: three practical rules

Calculate venue capacity from the activity area, not the seating plan: a competition for 200 people needs room for 200 people plus a playing area — not a 200-seat hall.
Ask about noise permits and neighbors in advance; for outdoor events with music, a time curfew can change the entire plan.
Attendance drops at venues more than 60 minutes away; if you're arranging shuttles, plan the routes before choosing the venue.
