M3 Challenge: Blindfolded, Ball in the Maze, One Team Voice
At the M3 Challenge on 13 August 2026 teams guided a ball through a giant maze; but those holding the ropes were blindfolded and their only guide was their teammates' voices.

M3 Challenge is a team building activity where teams race the clock and each other across a series of stations built on communication, strategy and trust. The star of the 13 August 2026 course was a giant red maze.

How is the team maze game played?
The maze board hangs on ropes, and the players pulling the ropes are blindfolded. They must tilt the board to steer the ball to the exit without dropping it into the holes. Those who can see talk, those who can't act. In round one everyone shouts at once; in round two the team picks a single narrator and the ball suddenly starts moving. That is the real lesson of the game.

Alongside the maze were ring toss and target stations, and teams collected points station by station. Format details are on our M3 Challenge page; you can also read about the version we set up on a terrace later that month here.
