M3 Challenge on a Terrace: Ball Relay, Blindfold Course and Giant Tangram
On 25 August 2026 we set up M3 Challenge on a terrace: a ball relay with chutes, a blindfold cone course and a giant tangram. Three stations, one rule: win together.

Team building is the umbrella term for activities where teams work together on a non-work task to build communication, trust and collaboration. M3 Challenge turns this into a station-based competition; on 25 August 2026 we set up three stations on a terrace.
What happened at the three stations?
- Ball relay: team members built a chain of short chutes and carried balls into a basket without dropping them. If one stops, the chain stops.
- Blindfold course: a blindfolded player followed a winding path marked by coloured cones, guided only by the team's voices.
- Giant tangram: building a given shape from large geometric pieces on the floor before time runs out. Everyone has an idea, but there is only one floor.
Teams rotated through the stations and scores were announced after each round. The most talked-about moment was at the tangram: one team finished the shape in the last second and the others applauded. You can also read about the maze version from 13 August.
Each station trains a different muscle: coordination, trust and shared decision-making. Explore the format on our M3 Challenge page, or see our team games guide for more ideas.
