In Silhouette "Meet & Share", one message stands out for every participant: "I matter — I am part of this big family." Through personal silhouettes everyone introduces themselves, while the team silhouette answers a bigger question together: "If the company were a person, who would it be?"
The great team silhouette the group creates is a powerful, effective empathy and awareness exercise in which shared traits, values, vision and short- and long-term goals are defined together.
The activity opens space for sharing and interaction: participants meet in an interactive setting where common perspectives can be voiced freely. In roughly two hours, the session turns the team's shared identity into a visible work of art.
