Human Bingo Icebreaker: The Power Team Warmed Up the Room with Paper and Pens
On 22 October 2026 we played Human Bingo with the Power team in a hotel ballroom: bingo sheet in hand, everyone hunted for a colleague matching each square.

Human Bingo is an icebreaker in which participants find a person in the room who matches each square on their bingo card and write that person's name in it. You draw people instead of numbers; the only way to complete a line is to talk to each other.
How do you play Human Bingo?
On 22 October 2026 we met the Power team in a hotel ballroom. Our host opened the game on the microphone and everyone picked up a printed Human Bingo sheet and a pen. The rules are simple: find a colleague who matches each line on the card, have them sign that square, then move on to the next. Within minutes the middle of the room broke into small groups; sheets were passed back and forth and the squares filled one by one.
Which events is Human Bingo suitable for?
It is ideal for meeting openers, kick-offs and any moment when different teams share a room for the first time. The setup is just a sheet and a pen, yet the effect is felt across the whole room: everyone heads into the sessions knowing a few new names. Find similar icebreaker formats on our Vay Be!
