Taksim Treasure Hunt: The Hexagon Team from the Square to an Evening Finale
On 27 October 2026 we ran a treasure hunt for the Hexagon team starting at Taksim Square; teams cracked the clues and met the treasure chest in the evening.

A treasure hunt is a corporate city game in which teams set off from a starting point and solve a chain of clues to reach a hidden treasure. On 27 October 2026 we ran one in Taksim for the Hexagon team.

How do you play a treasure hunt in Taksim?
In the afternoon everyone met on Taksim Square and pinned their team badges on. Our team gave each group a short briefing on a tablet, explaining the rules and the first step. After that, the city took over: teams followed coordinates around Taksim and İstiklal, solved questions about each location and unlocked the next clue. The route and questions were designed for the group.

The strength of a city treasure hunt is that it lifts the team away from the table and drops it into the city. Who reads the map, who cracks the question, which street to take: all these calls are made within the team, on the move. The bustle of Taksim and İstiklal adds its own tempo to the game.
How does a city treasure hunt end?
In the evening the group came together at a restaurant. Medals around necks and a treasure chest full of gold coins in hand: the day's finale was celebrated at the same table. Full format details are on our Treasure Hunt page, and the historic peninsula version is in our Sultanahmet Treasure Hunt post.
