Company Rally in Didim: Cardboard Cars, a Trophy and an F1 Simulator
On 20 and 24 October 2026 in Didim we ran a company rally with the ABL Foods team: teams built cardboard cars, raced them and drove laps on an F1 simulator.

A company rally is a team-building event where teams design and build their own vehicles and then race them on a track. In October 2026, in a programme spread over 20 and 24 October in Didim, we turned a hotel ballroom into a racing arena for the ABL Foods team.

How does a company rally work?
The stage screen showed the 'Şirket Rallisi' (Company Rally) title and the judging criteria: race performance, teamwork, creativity and innovation, best design, best race box and team presentation. Kneeling on the carpet, teams built their cars from scratch with cardboard, tape and sticks; red-taped vehicles with wheels and number plates took shape all around the hall. Then the cars hit a track marked out with cones and tape. That is the heart of the Company Rally format: design, build and race, all in the team's hands.

What does an F1 simulator add to a corporate event?
In one corner of the hall, between chequered flags and 'Rotamız Zirve' themed banners, stood a blue F1 car; with its screen and driving rig, a full racing simulator. Our team managed the queue on a tablet while teammates gathered at the screen to cheer on whoever was at the wheel. Details of the simulator team race are on our Drivemaster page.
