Applied Teamwork Training .
Learn teamwork by doing, not by listening: a hands-on training that pairs with our Debate Contest and can grow into a full-day programme.
Teamwork is learned through experience, not slides. In Applied Teamwork Training, participants learn by living a series of hands-on exercises; it works as a short session or combines with M3's other team programmes into a full-day or two-day agenda.
One of its most colourful modules is the Debate Contest: the secrets of winning a debate — a situation we all face in work and life — are delivered at pace, and our jury then puts your teams' skills to the test. With minimal prep time you must craft the most creative pitch and deliver the most compelling speech in public.
The motions are wonderfully offbeat: "Who wins, the folk hero or Batman?", "Should our sales strategy target the domestic market or exports?"... Remember: one contest was won by the team that answered "Is yoghurt white or black?" with a resounding "Black!" What matters is not what you argue, but how you argue it.
