How do you run an outdoor Company Rally in Cyprus?
By day we marked out a track with tape on a wide stretch of grass. Teams first designed and built their own vehicles, then the wheeled vehicles raced along the track. The rest of the team lined the edge of the track to watch and cheer on their side. The open air, the sun and the wide space gave the race a character of its own.

How do you plan a corporate karaoke night?
In the evening the programme moved to the hotel's large hall. The team gathered on their feet around bistro tables with black covers. The mic passed from hand to hand; while the lyrics rolled on the screen, the whole room kept its eyes on it.
