Squid Game Season 2 Games: How They Work at Company Events
Squid Game season 2 games in order: Red Light Green Light, the six-legged pentathlon and Mingle. How they are played and how we adapt them for company events.

The Squid Game season 2 games, in order, are Red Light Green Light, the six-legged pentathlon and Mingle. Season two brings back only one of the season one classics; the other two games test team coordination and fast group forming, which is why they fit company events so well.
In this guide we cover the season two games, their rules in the show and the company version we set up in a hotel ballroom. If you want every season's games in one list, see our Squid Game games guide.
What are the Squid Game season 2 games in order?
- Red Light Green Light: the season one opener returns. Anyone who moves while the doll is facing them is out; those who cross the finish line before time runs out go through.
- Six-legged pentathlon: teams of five, tied together at the legs, must complete five traditional games in turn before time runs out: ddakji, flying stone (biseokchigi), gonggi, spinning top and jegi kicking.
- Mingle: players spin on a rotating platform to music; when the music stops, they must form a group of the announced number and get into a room before the door closes.
In the show, players vote after each game on whether to continue. Season three closes the story with hide and seek, jump rope and a Squid Game played high above the ground; we only run those with a suitable space and safety measures.
How are the Squid Game season 2 games played at a company event?
When we bring season two to a company, we take the game mechanics, not the brutality. We run the pentathlon without tying legs, as a five-person relay: each player completes one skill game and hands over to the next. Mingle becomes a race to form the announced group size fastest when the music stops; because it mixes departments, its ice-breaking effect is very strong.

- Warm up with Red Light Green Light: the show's scene plays on a big LED screen while guards mark anyone who moves.
- Pentathlon stations: short skill games such as ddakji, gonggi and spinning tops are spread across tables and teams rotate through.
- Mingle rounds: the group size changes every round and the last team to form a group loses points.
- Team vote: as a nod to the vote in the show, teams can vote on the difficulty of the next game.
- Final: tug of war or the rope coordination game closes the team scores, and the winning team receives medals.
Which team skills do the season 2 games build?
The pentathlon highlights task sharing and trusting the next person in line, Mingle brings out quick decisions and talking to new people, and Red Light Green Light builds focus and energy. That is why the season two format works especially well at kick-off meetings and at large events where new teams come together.
