Squid Game Event in Bursa: A Planning Guide for Companies
How do you plan a Squid Game event in Bursa? Venue choice, shift-based teams, numbered green shirts and station design in a guide to running it outside Istanbul.
A Squid Game event in Bursa turns the show's games into a team competition in an arena set up at a hotel or event hall in the city. Our Istanbul-based crew travels to Bursa with the costumes, mascot, equipment and guards; all the company has to do is choose the venue and date.
The event in the video took place in Bursa, in a hall with large windows and a wooden ceiling. Participants wore numbered green shirts reminiscent of the green tracksuits in the show, while Squid Game visuals ran on the LED screen on stage.
How do you plan a Squid Game event in Bursa?
- Confirm the date and headcount; the number of stations and the size of the game crew are set accordingly.
- Choose the venue: city centre hotels, meeting halls near the organised industrial zones or the company's own campus all work well.
- Plan the setup day: since the crew and equipment come from Istanbul, setup usually happens on the morning of the event or the day before.
- Choose the costume detail: numbered shirts or name badges strengthen the atmosphere and make team scoring easier.
- Connect it to the rest of the programme: combining the game with a meeting, lunch or dinner at the same venue removes the need for transport.
How do you design it for shift-based and production teams?
In Bursa, teams at automotive, textile and industrial companies often work in shifts, and office and field staff rarely come together. That makes Squid Game a good meeting point: everyone knows the rules, and differences in title fade away in the game. We build mixed teams and put office and production staff on the same rope in the same numbered shirts. If needed, we split the game into two sessions so that different shifts can take part.
Which games were played at the Bursa event?
Two team games stand out in the video. In tug of war, teams faced off in front of the LED screen between markers placed on the floor. In the rope coordination game, players held ropes tied to a central ring and tried to lift and stack blue blocks. Stations such as ddakji, dalgona and Red Light Green Light are added to these depending on the group's needs.
